Types of roles in customer service

Even if you’re not an expert on financial services, you can still thrive at Fidelity. We offer 3 entry-level customer service opportunities for unlicensed professionals. And if you have your license, we have specialized roles for you too.

Customer Relationship Advocate

Answer inbound calls and progress toward more complex customer assistance and a licensed role.

Financial Customer Associate

Answer inbound calls and assist with retirement questions and transactions. There's also potential to progress to a licensed role.

Workplace Planning Associate

Through outbound and inbound calls, you'll help 401(k) participants get the most out of their plans. There's also potential to progress to a licensed role.

Licensed roles

If you have your Series 7 license, you can put it to use at one of our regional centers.
