The Role

The Associate Business Analyst provides strategic, consultative analytics support, partnering closely with business leaders and line finance to develop recommendations that inform planning, forecasting, and ongoing business decisions. In addition to core analytical responsibilities, the role delivers ad hoc analysis to address emerging business needs and drive timely, informed actions.

Insights and analyses produced in this role play a critical part in business planning, capacity optimization, and continuous performance improvement.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 1-2 years in the financial service industry or equivalent, with experience using data and analytics to consult and inform strategy

  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, Power BI etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms

  • Intellectually curious and willing to ask questions and challenge status quo to benefit the organization

  • Outstanding analytical and problem- solving skills, working independently to perform most analyses.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches

  • Flexible and adaptable team player

  • Ability to respond to shifting priorities while maintaining progress of regularly scheduled work

The Team

The Associate Business Analyst is a key member of the Capacity Planning team, responsible for delivering high-impact capacity analytics and actionable insights to business partners and internal stakeholders. This role supports data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into meaningful intelligence that improves operational outcomes and performance across the Client Experience and Operations and Services Group organizations.
