The Expertise We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Financial services background strongly preferred.
Series 7 and 63 Preferred.
The Purpose of Your Role
We strive to provide outstanding operational service to Fidelity clients through the accurate and efficient processing a variety of client requests, such as: establishing and updating brokerage accounts and all related features, initiating transfers of assets into the firm, proactive and reactive account corrections and supporting transactions in managed-account products.

Providing outstanding service to new and existing Fidelity customers, you will process all requests with a focus on timely completion and perfect execution.
Initiating problem resolution procedures for items not in good order, including sending written correspondence directly to the client or internal business partner working with the client.
Participating in projects and initiatives to improve existing workflows, quality, and efficiency.
Recommending methods to ensure consistency and streamline procedures.
Interacting with inter-departmental colleagues and external customers via both email and phone when appropriate.
Building an understanding of Fidelity's organizational structure to identify solutions that work in the best interest of the client, following proper channels to seek exceptions, when appropriate.
How Your Work Impacts the Organization
The Brokerage organization is comprised of several middle office functions that support Fidelity's Brokerage and Wealth clients with new accounts, account features, money movement, and other needs.

Brokerage OperationsMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
