THE ROLE

Join the IWMS Data Solutions team as part of the Wealthscape Reporting data squad, where you will contribute to a rapidly evolving data platform undergoing significant growth and modernization. In this role, you will work on solution design, data analysis, and end-to-end delivery, helping maintain and enhance the operational and analytical capabilities of IWMS data platforms.

You will collaborate across squads, particularly with the Wealthscape Experience team, to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a highly visible initiative aimed at improving automation, alignment, and data quality across platforms.

The Skills and Expertise You Bring

Technical Expertise

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience in data warehousing and data mart concepts, including implementations in Oracle or Snowflake
  • Working knowledge of Python
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or SnapLogic
  • Experience working with AWS services (Batch, S3, Lambda)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs (preferred)
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with job scheduling and orchestration tools (Control-M, Apache Airflow)
  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Terraform/OpenTofu).
