Are you interested in Philanthropy and collaborating with ultra-high net worth donors and advisory firms? An Advisor Experience Relationship Analyst is the entry level role to relationship management responsible for providing an outstanding experience to clients comprised of Donors and Financial Advisors who seek assistance with their charitable giving! Interactions include consulting on a broad range of program offerings and service topics, facilitate philanthropic conversations to understand a donor’s goals, and facilitate solutions for very sophisticated transactions and client issues. The Relationship Analyst optimizes the client experience as it relates to Operations and Service to drive happiness, high quality, and efficiency to build long lasting relationships for years to come.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree not required but favorable.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience is required
Overseeing advisory firm relationships which include communications, annual trainings and onboarding support, and learning resource management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and address potential impediments that impact delivery commitments
Escalation remediation and prevention by deploying strategic, forward thinking consultation
Ability to influence partners to accomplish key priorities
Your outstanding mentoring and leadership skills, and ability to empower new associates to grow and develop
Your ability to effectively coach others, both internal and external partners
Your relationship expertise, leading with empathy while executing on key initiatives and change management
Experience with Project Management principles to drive transformation and execution
Knowledgeable of / willing to learn other team’s processes to minimize NIGO requests
Relationship Management of UHNW firms
Experience driving improvements in streamlining organizational processes with clients
Ability to take initiative in an organized manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence outcomes and pivot as new initiatives and priorities emerge
Weighs the costs, benefits, risks, and changes for success before recommending a course of action
Understanding of various Legal, Risk, and Compliance topics to ensure positive client experience
Skills required for the role: Ability to take initiative, able to collaborate in a team environment, speaking publicly to clients, navigating customer concern remediation, articulating standard processes via phone and email, encouraging digital adoption, cultivating relationships with clients and partners.

The Advisor Experience team is a dedicated group of professionals who provide outstanding service while driving ideal solutions and behavior from ultra-high net worth Donors and Strategic Advisor Firms, the most sophisticated relationships, and highly valued accounts within Fidelity Charitable! As a member of this diverse team, we serve as the single points of contact for Strategic Advisory Firms which represent Billions of dollars in managed DAF Assets! These Donors and Advisory Firms have critical relationships across many parts of the Fidelity Enterprise including, Personal Wealth Management (PWM), Workplace Participant Services (WPS/WI), Stock Plan Services (SPS) and with Fidelity Family Office Services (FFOS). As such, our team must ensure a positive service experience as these relationships can have far reaching implications.
