Strategic Partnership: In this role, you will work closely with TEM Product Leadership, Engineering, Distribution, Operations, and global partners to design, deliver, and support critical product capabilities across the TEM ecosystem.
The Role
As a Consultant, Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving complex product initiatives forward within the TEM Product Area. This role operates as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy, responsible for leading end‑to‑end business analysis across multi‑team epics and sub‑initiatives.
You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner closely across Product, Distribution, Technology, and Operations. You are not expected to perform technical implementation; however, you must be highly systems‑ and data‑literate to guide delivery and influence decisions.

Experience & Background
Product Development & Business Analysis Experience:
- 7+ years of experience supporting product development through strong business analysis in financial services, technology, or other regulated environments.
- Ability to drive tactical initiatives, through implementation, of a product strategy/roadmap
- Self-directed and motivated to stretch outside comfort zone and learn and apply new skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience leading epics or large initiatives in Agile environments.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
