Senior Executive Assistant

The Role
The administrative staff at Fidelity plays a vital role in the company’s success. Individuals serving in these positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of their group, department or organizational team. You will deal directly with and provide support to management at all levels of the company. This role will support the head of Fidelity Corporate Development as well as their senior leadership team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
A bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience managing complex calendars preferred.
Experience with end-to-end ownership of operational tasks.
Comfort supporting senior executives.
Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly shifting priorities.
Highly motivated and proactive.
Collaborative mindset.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong Microsoft Office software knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfort with tight deadlines and ability to work effectively under time constraints and pressure.
Willingness to utilize resources to problem-solve.
Ability to work independently.

Ability to effectively interact with various levels of management within the organization.

The Team
Fidelity Corporate Development is a multidisciplinary team that works closely with all Fidelity's Business Units and levels of the organization to evaluate strategic opportunities. These opportunities include potential investments, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and strategic alliances, as well as business unit evaluations and reviews.
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $92,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
