The Role

At Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS), we help financial advisors thrive through client‑focused expertise, industry‑leading financial solutions, and flexible technology. This role supports Banking Money Movement and is instrumental in delivering new and evolving products that enhance the client experience. The position partners closely with product leads, internal stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities, understand complex business and client needs, and collaborate on building impactful solutions.

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Business Analysis who is comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, brings strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and demonstrates a solutions‑oriented mindset. Experience in Clearing and Custody is strongly preferred, though not required. Success in this role requires navigating complex and sometimes ambiguous processes, making sound decisions with evolving information, and managing work across multiple interdependent partner teams while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and momentum under tight timelines.

There are three primary principles of being a great Senior Manager, Business Analysis:

  • Strategy: Understanding the problem or the 'why,' partnering with Product Leaders to explore future capabilities, and aligning near- and long-term roadmap decisions to the broader mission and product vision
  • Execution: Driving work within your team, internal partners teams, and external partners to achieve a common goal
  • Business Readiness: How you drive your product to launch, gaining adoption and supporting it after launch

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with >5 years of experience in product delivery, business analysis, operations, or technology‑enabled roles
  • Demonstrated experience driving assigned product delivery or operational initiatives, including requirements definition, analysis, documentation, testing support, and execution
  • Clearing and Custody experience is a plus, including understanding of end‑to‑end workflows and associated risk considerations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess ambiguous information and drive well‑reasoned decisions
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with frequent change and competing priorities
  • Experience working with multiple dependent partner teams (internal and/or external), requiring coordination, influence, and clear communication
  • Comfort operating where processes, requirements, or outcomes are not fully defined, with the ability to create clarity and forward progress
  • Ability to proactively identify issues, escalate appropriately, and collaborate on solutions in time‑sensitive situations
