The Expertise You Have

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related software engineer field preferred.
  • 1-3 plus years of technology experience in the implementation and integration of software solutions in highly scalable environments with focus on physical security technologies
  • Experience in high-volume, low latency real-time messaging applied alerting and logging
  • Experience in DevOps environment implementing automation solutions which improves process and scalability
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly matrix environment to achieve group goals
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Dedication to sharing knowledge
  • Ability to communicate problems and recommend solutions to project leaders
  • Understanding of networking infrastructure and protocols
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Migrating legacy products to reduce technical debt
  • Ability to effectively collaborate on a cross-functional agile team

The Value you Deliver

  • Participate in problem solving, troubleshooting, performance tuning, production support, and maintenance of existing applications.
  • Executing with web, event driven, caching, batch architectures, crafting systems for high throughput, low latency, high availability, and fault tolerance.
  • Support senior management by identifying risks and ensuring the smooth continuance of business functions and integrations with all Technical Security platforms across the enterprise
  • Provide continual improvement around technical solutions to automate processes and dynamically enhance productivity
  • Support the implementation of strong governance structures for all Technical Security platforms and operations

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
