The Role
Fidelity Charitable is seeking a motivated and mission-driven individual to support donor-facing philanthropic programs and planned giving initiatives that advance our mission and meet the evolving needs of donors.
The Manager of Product Management, Philanthropy & Planned Giving will help develop, execute, and manage philanthropic programs, with a primary focus on our estate planning function. Reporting to a Vice President, this role will support initiatives that increase program adoption, enhance donor experiences, and strengthen Fidelity Charitable's ability to facilitate both current and future giving.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver program enhancements, support planned giving operations, and identify opportunities to improve experiences for donors, advisors, and nonprofit partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can balance strategic thinking with strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
Legacy & Estate (Planned Giving) Support
- Partner with the Legacy & Estate Desk to support gift administration and post-death contribution collection
- Coordinate with service, legal, operations, and relationship management teams to facilitate legacy gift execution
- Manage planned giving pipelines, track donor intent, and support estate gift fulfillment
- Develop materials and resources for donors, advisors, and internal teams
- Analyze planned giving trends and identify opportunities to increase awareness and participation
- Improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and the donor experience
Program & Product Management
- Support the execution and management of donor-facing philanthropic programs aligned with strategic priorities
- Partner with senior leaders to advance new offerings and enhance existing giving programs
- Contribute to program roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase adoption, engagement, and effectiveness
- Coordinate with service, relationship management, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver program enhancements
- Develop presentations, reporting, and internal communications to track progress and communicate outcomes
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A commitment to Fidelity Charitable’s mission and a passion for expanding charitable giving and nonprofit impact
- 3 – 5 years in contributions processing or 3 -5 years in product management, program management, strategy, or related fields (philanthropy or financial services preferred)
- Familiarity with philanthropic vehicles such as donor-advised funds, foundations, or planned giving is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality work
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization and build strong working relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity, while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations and clearly convey ideas

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
