The Role

Our Content Studio team is looking for a multi-faceted designer to join our creative team within Workplace Marketing. We’re looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and are comfortable in a start-up atmosphere. As a member of this team, you will design marketing and thought leadership collateral, from PowerPoint presentations to social media graphics to data visualization-heavy whitepapers. You’ll work closely with our Marketing partners to ensure that we go to market in a coordinated manner and will explore content delivery via richer formats (video, podcasts, etc.) The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator and an energetic self-starter.

Responsibilities of the role include

  • Designing marketing collateral in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Strong visual design skills
  • Creativity, effective communication, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to distill complex topics into engaging visuals
  • Energetic, inquisitive, self-starter
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a creative design role
  • Power user of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines while continuously innovating to push the brand forward
  • Building positive relationships with business partners and having the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate with colleagues
  • Communicating with impact and clarity
  • Team player willing to jump in and get their hands dirty; also, an enthusiastic learner of new technologies and design strategies
  • Excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with stellar track record of “getting it done,” and driving initiatives from concept through launch

The Team

Our Content Studio team is dedicated to streamlining creative production, exploring and adopting innovative formats, and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
