Position Description:
Designs and develops Salesforce Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) platform using standard functions and modules of Salesforce.com, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. Creates Lightning applications combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Component features. Implements Salesforce Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Apex triggers, classes, callouts, SOQL, workflow rules, approval processes, visual flows, process builder, and platform events. Applies Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, and Force.com development best practices. Performs RESTful API and micro services development along with Salesforce API integration. Participates in the full Software Development Life Cycle following Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements. Provides business solutions by developing complex or multiple software applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develops original and creative technical solutions to on-going development efforts.
Analyzes various use cases and resolves their impediments.
Automates internal and external processes to provide the best customer and developer experiences.
Develops full stack Web applications.
Supports and performs all phases of testing leading to implementation.
Drives release management aspects of projects.
Assists in the planning and conducting of user acceptance testing.
Develops comprehensive application documentation.
Responsible for post-installation testing of any problem.
Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project.
Performs independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects supporting several initiatives.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) implementing Salesforce Sales and service cloud capabilities or functions in a financial services environment, using Lightning Web Components (LWC) or OmniStudio.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer (or closely related occupation) implementing Salesforce Sales and service cloud capabilities or functions in a financial services environment, using Lightning Web Components (LWC) or OmniStudio.
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) delivering CRM solutions in a financial services environment, using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud platforms, and CRM Analytics.
DE performing Salesforce development and customization by configuring, performing, and writing workflow developments and customizations, using APEX, triggers, flows, Aura, LWC, Tooling, Metadata API, and Velocity or OmniStudio.
DE performing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) -- performing DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD), using Jenkins, AutoRabit, uDeploy, Salesforce DX, and DevOps center (User Access Policies).
DE migrating and synchronizing customer profile data from legacy mainframe environments into Salesforce, using JCL, Control-M, and Informatica PC; and ensuring data integrity and enabling a unified 360° customer view, using a hybrid technology stack (COBOL, DB2, JCL, Snowflake, and Shell scripting).

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
