The Role

In this role, you’ll help Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services (SPS) participants better understand and navigate their equity compensation awards and ESPPs, ensuring an exceptional experience that drives engagement and creates lifetime Fidelity customers. As part of the SPS Participant Communication Team, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high-impact educational content across the full lifecycle of our participants’ stock plan experience.

Grounded in data and a deep understanding of participant needs and behavior, you will craft compelling communications that deliver the right message at the right time. Your work will inform, support, and empower participants and help to build lifetime relationships with Fidelity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to conceive, coordinate, and execute campaigns and other initiatives that align with key business opportunities and KPIs.
  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships with business partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment with broader strategies and seamless execution.
  • Write high-impact communications that are clear, concise, and persuasive—designed to encourage participant action.
  • Package and position communication offerings to support internal readiness and external awareness.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and prioritize efforts, applying a test-and-learn mindset to improve.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance scale, personalization, and efficiency across communications and processes.

The Expertise and Skills you Bring

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 7 years of data-driven global communications and/or marketing experience
  • A skilled communicator with outstanding marketing, creative and educational writing, storytelling, and editing skills – samples or a portfolio will be required.
  • You’re a pro at designing, executing, and measuring communications plans and campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Experience developing a multi-touch, multi-audience communications journey.
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and flawless execution
  • Proven understanding of the communications value chain from concept to design and distribution
  • Audience obsessed, you know how to craft content based on different audience segments and needs
  • Ability to present ideas, synthesize feedback, and formulate an action plan
  • Knowledge and experience working with company stock plans or other employee benefits preferred
  • You’re a self-starter, motivated, take initiative, and own your outcomes. Working both independently and in groups is fine with you.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
