Job Title: Audit Senior Analyst, Professional Practices

Your responsibilities include supporting our audit methodologies and processes to uphold our world-class standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting audit teams by reviewing reports, executive summaries, and TeamMate data before issuance, while addressing questions and updating guidance to minimize repeat inquiries
- Assist in the provision of methodology training to auditors, including tailored training as needed
- Provide training and guidance to the department regarding Audit’s policies, procedures, and the IIA standards
- Guide Auditors in their use of TeamMate, JIRA, and Archer, identify and escalate enhancements that will improve department efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and update Audit methodology, communicate effective guidance and training, and integrate Innovation Team tools
- Identify and contribute to the development of continuous improvement opportunities
- Provide ad-hoc support to senior audit management and cross-department initiatives
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Strong understanding of Audit practices, including risks, controls, and technology
- Demonstrate strong proactive problem analysis skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
- Approaches work with a positive attitude and is a team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and excel at attention to detail, analysis, presentation, writing, and interpersonal communication
- 2 plus years of audit or related experience, preferably in financial services
- BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field
- Adaptability to changing factors and environments

The Audit Professional Practices Group (PPG) is dedicated to maintaining Fidelity’s audit methodology in accordance with IIA standards and industry-leading approaches. We are committed to delivering high-quality assistance and supporting our auditors with the best tools and resources available. The PPG coordinates the annual risk assessment, executive and committee reporting, business intelligence and audit insights, workforce management reporting, records retention compliance, and systems access. We strive to ensure that our practices not only meet but exceed required standards, contributing to Fidelity’s reputation for excellence.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
