The Role

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives and supporting day-to-day campaign operations. This individual works collaboratively within the marketing team and operates under the guidance of the Digital Marketing leader.

  • Publish and maintain content on the company’s marketing website, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Monitor social media channels and track competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support email and event marketing efforts using platforms such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Splash, etc.
  • Maintain and optimize email distribution lists by reviewing inactive contacts, managing bounces, and honoring opt-out requests to support campaign performance.
  • Edit and proofread digital content across channels to ensure quality, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Assist with campaign execution and reporting as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working under the mentorship of senior marketing leadership.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications with 2 plus years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
