The Role

As a member of this team, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys and legal teams by facilitating the processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) across Fidelity's data ecosystem. You will partner with counsel to develop customized review workflows, provide strategic guidance on defensible and efficient document review methodologies, and ensure the timely and accurate production of relevant data in accordance with established legal and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong analytical skills, sound judgment, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) are critical to success. The ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex challenges, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders is essential.


The Expertise and Skills You Bring

· Process and load Electronically Stored Information (ESI) into review platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Manage and administer review workspaces, including user permissions, layouts, views, and workflow configurations.

· Design and implement customized review workflows that enable legal teams to efficiently identify, prioritize, and review relevant data.

· Coordinate the production and delivery of ESI in accordance with established production protocols, specifications, and deadlines.

· Leverage advanced analytics to enhance document review, including clustering, email threading, near-duplicate identification, and predictive coding/technology-assisted review (TAR).

· Effectively manage multiple high priority matters simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting critical deadlines.

· Demonstrate exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.

· Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.

· Train attorneys and legal team members on ESI review best practices, workflows, and technology solutions.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys by providing guidance on review strategy, workflow optimization, and best practices throughout the discovery lifecycle.

· Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring the timely exchange of information, status updates, and deliverables.



The Team

The Legal Department at Fidelity provides guidance, oversight, and strategic counsel to ensure that Fidelity and its associates operate with integrity and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Within the department, the Litigation Support team is an integral function, responsible for working with attorneys and other members of the legal team in identification and review of relevant ESI for matters.

Furthermore, they play a critical role in ensuring any relevant ESI can be produced accurately and in a timely manner to third parties.

Together, our teams manage complex legal and compliance issues initiated by customers, regulators, and other stakeholders, including disputes, regulatory inquiries, and litigation, while partnering across the organization to mitigate risk and uphold a culture of accountability and transparency.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
