You will support initiatives spanning acquisition, retention, customer value, measurement, experimentation, and executive reporting. Your work will directly contribute to Fidelity Health's ability to scale growth, optimize experiences, and maximize the value of its products and services.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of product and client analytics initiatives, delivering dashboards, reports, ad hoc analyses, and strategic recommendations that empower data-driven decision making.

  • Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple sources to support analytical use cases.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
