Inside Fidelity’s financial advisor training program
When you start at Fidelity, you’ll go through the Advisor Academy, our high-end financial advisor training program. This personalized training and education program is designed to build on your existing skills and experience through learning sessions that cover all areas of business development.
The program is backed by 50 coaches with a combined 750 years of Fidelity experience, and you'll have a dedicated leader to guide you through the entire process. Our financial consultant training program is one of the best in the business, so you’ll never have to worry about having the right instruction or tools to succeed.
“One thing that differentiates us is our training, coaching, and mentoring. You’ll never fail due to lack of training or onboarding,” says Cara, a recruiter at Fidelity.
You’ll begin with our seven-month training program, moving through three different phases and earning 10 badges along the way. As you go through the training, you’ll meet with clients for planned discussions and start building a book of business. Take a look at the training schedule below:

Fidelity’s Advisor Academy sets you up to feel confident and prepared from the start, so every client who walks into a Fidelity branch receives the kind of help and experience we can be proud of every time.
