The Role
The Consultant, a member of the Wealth Management Offerings team, will support both the strategic shaping and practical execution of Wealth Management offerings for High‑Net‑Worth clients. Working closely with business leaders and cross‑functional partners, this position will contribute to defining where offerings should evolve and help move those ideas through analysis, design, and delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Support key components of the offering lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and requirements development through pilot, launch, and ongoing optimization
- Develop differentiated wealth management offerings by deeply understanding client segments, behaviors, and unmet needs
- Partner with analytics, research, and customer insights teams to ground decisions in data and real client behavior
- Run pilots and experiments to test hypotheses, refine value propositions, and inform scaling decisions
- Build clear, compelling product narratives and leadership‑ready materials that articulate vision, trade‑offs, and impact
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with technology, UX, product teams, service, operations, and distribution to bring offerings to life
- Monitor and refine success metrics to inform ongoing investment and evolution
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years financial services experience in Product Management or Product Development, Offering or Solution Development, Wealth management strategy or platform design or Financial services consulting with strong product exposure
- Demonstrated experience owning or shaping products/offers from concept through delivery
- Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable product or experience requirements
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces with incomplete information
- A strategic problem solver with prioritization skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Proven track record in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and work across matrixed organizations
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 encouraged
The Team
Fidelity Wealth’s Customer Insights & Offerings is a newly established function, bringing customer analytics and wealth management offerings even closer together. The team is responsible for understanding the needs and behaviors of Fidelity Wealth’s customers and their families and developing offerings and solutions that meet their needs throughout their lifetime.
As part of the Customer Insights & Offerings organization, the Wealth Management Offerings team supports the definition and delivery of the products, experiences, and value propositions that serve Fidelity’s High‑Net‑Worth clients. The team works across the organization to connect customer insights, offering strategy, and execution.
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$180,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
