Job Description:
The Role
We are looking for a Manager, Corporate Actions Production Support, who will be responsible for daily tasks associated with the departmental policies within the Corporate Actions function. The Manager will lead and oversee daily Corporate Actions operations (both mandatory and voluntary events) while coordinating across multiple stakeholders (front office, PMs, fund accounting, custodians, etc.). The successful candidate will co-ordinate the flow of required information between various stakeholders, including the Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Treasurer’s Offices and Custodian Banks.
- Managing daily Corporate Actions workflows and processing
- Overseeing team operations and ensuring accuracy/timeliness
- Acting as a central point of coordination among business divisions
- Supporting large-scale asset actions (up to $1.5T AUM)
- Driving improvements in execution and operational efficiency
- Ensuring proper communication and data flow across systems and teams
The Skills & Expertise You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 6+ years in financial services
- 4+ years in Corporate Actions
- 2–3 years of leadership/management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Actions concepts and practices:
- Corporate Actions lifecycle (mandatory & voluntary)
- Mutual fund operations
- Custody environment
- Fund accounting
- Understanding of project management principles and the Agile methodology.

The Team
The Custody Services Division supports FMR Co.’s trading desks globally by facilitating confirmation and settlement of security and currency transactions. It works with brokers and trust institutions and provides daily cash estimates to trading. This team is responsible for all aspects of corporate action research and processing for assets across the approximately $1.5 trillion worth of assets under management, including actions cumulatively affecting securities worth in excess of $1 billion at a given time.
