The Role
We are seeking a Director, Product Management – Go-To-Market (GTM) to lead the commercialization of incubated products. This role blends product strategy, customer insight, and commercialization execution, ensuring that emerging technologies translate into compelling, differentiated offerings with clear market adoption paths. Candidates must thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high uncertainty and rapid iteration. You will monitor adoption metrics and continuously optime GTM performance and translate insights into actionable GTM / product designs.

Your mission is to transform innovative concepts into market-ready, revenue-generating solutions with clear value propositions, defined target segments, and scalable distribution strategies. You will establish target segments, ideal customer profiles, and buyer journeys. You will also influence revenue growth through strategic initiatives, partnerships, and distribution expansion.
You are both a strategist and operator—connecting customer needs, product capabilities, and distribution channels to drive adoption and growth.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 7–10+ years experience, or Master’s with 5–8+ years of experience
- 5+ years in financial services, with experience in investment or trading products
- Experience working in Agile, Lean, or experimentation-driven environments
- Proven experience in product launches, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and commercialization
- GTM Strategy: Expertise in defining positioning, segmentation, messaging, and launch strategy for new products
- Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Deep experience leveraging research, competitive analysis, and market sizing to inform GTM decisions
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to translate product capabilities into value propositions, pricing strategies, and revenue models
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to align product, marketing, sales, legal, and operations around a unified launch strategy
- Storytelling & Positioning: Strong ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights to refine GTM strategy and optimize performance
