The Team
We will welcome you to the team that is at the forefront of engineering in Brokerage Wealth Technology with a high level of focus on TDD, Continuous Integration/Delivery and engineering best practices. We are looking for a qualified, versatile Strategy and Planning director who has experience developing the strategic direction for a team or organization and has worked with leaders to build consensus around shared priorities, milestones and measures, and accountability
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Over 10 years of experience spanning strategy and business leadership roles consistently driving results through a data-driven and outcome-oriented approach
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and define drivers of business success and strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, as well as to adapt to rapid changes in information, process, and direction
- Highly organized, with a consistent track record to prioritize work and the ability to facilitate meetings, track action items and drive completion
- Ability to use a variety of communication strategies, tools, frameworks, a good listener who can find common threads and connect the dots in a complex environment
- Deep expertise in business management routines and practices, associate engagement, messaging, content creation and leadership insights
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
