Our Workplace New Business Growth team is focused on expanding how we support individuals and employers across the full spectrum of financial wellbeing. We are building and scaling innovative solutions—from student debt, advice offerings, financial wellness to retirement needs and workplace giving—creating new opportunities for growth while helping individuals and families build wealth over time. This work reflects our commitment to delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and driving long-term impact.

Our highly collaborative Workplace Investing HR model plays a critical role in enabling these businesses. We partner closely with senior leaders and teams to design and execute talent strategies that align with business goals and fuel growth. The base salary range for this position is $103,000-211,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
