The Role

Join the Asset Management Compensation team and help us develop and implement Fidelity’s compensation programs!

Consult with our business partners, perform competitive assessments, analyze market trends and internal pay equity, and develop competitive offer packages. Support workforce plans and business practices by developing impactful data visualizations to enable better insights and decisions. Manage and measure our annual performance and pay cycle by helping deliver communications, leading training, resolving issues and supporting reporting, analysis and approvals.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5-7 years of related work experience in financial services and, ideally, investment management

  • A high degree of accuracy, project management skills, analytical capabilities and solution orientation

  • Ability to work across a large organization, problem solve and implement quickly against multiple priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, respond to information effectively, and give and receive feedback

  • Ability to build relationships and consult with HR and business partners at all levels of the organization

  • Strong and demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint with exposure to data aggregation and visualization tools

The Team

The Compensation team is part of the broader Human Resources organization, consisting of associates who work in HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Operations and Workforce Analytics. We are key business partners to these colleagues and work with them to develop, implement, deploy and support asset management and central compensation programs and initiatives.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
