The Role
This VP, Product Strategy will define and execute digital asset product offerings that meet evolving market needs and deliver value to Fidelity customers. Leveraging deep expertise across financial infrastructure, digital assets, and client segments, this leader will shape product strategy, build business cases, and drive roadmap priorities while balancing innovation, regulatory considerations, and commercial objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and leading product strategy and roadmaps for digital asset offerings within accountable segments.
- Developing business cases, revenue models, pricing strategies, and delivery plans aligned to enterprise objectives.
- Prioritizing and delivering product initiatives based on customer needs, market demand, and business impact.
- Providing strategic guidance on digital asset trends, regulatory developments, and competitive market dynamics.
- Driving alignment across technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and commercial partners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Exercising sound judgment in complex and evolving environments to make high-impact product decisions.
- Influencing senior leaders and integrating product strategy into broader business priorities and investment decisions.
- Managing and developing a high-performing team while establishing clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 13+ years of product management, corporate strategy, or related experience within financial services
- BA/BS required, advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
- Ideal candidate has experience with institutional and retail capital markets and customers, building and scaling platforms and services as well as the operational and regulatory constructs around them
- Experience with emerging digital assets technologies including bitcoin, Blockchain and Ethereum
- Ability to think strategically and champion for product enhancement opportunities
- Embrace ambiguity and operate optimally in a dynamic and changing environment
- Drive the product and business strategy and roadmap of the product offering
- Build and manage strong working relationships with key collaborators including business partners across Fidelity and external clients and vendors
- Robust communication, presentation, collaboration, and product management skills
- An intellectual curiosity and appetite for continuous learning in the industry and applying these to your work

We lead the strategy and vision for Fidelity Digital Assets® product offerings. We are responsible for the overall user experience of our custody and trading platform as well as the tailored solutions and resources available to our clients. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
