Job Description:

Sr. Analyst, Digital Asset Product Launch & Operations

Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position

The Role

As an Analyst within the Digital Assets team, you will support both the Product Launch and Digital Asset Operations functions by helping coordinate work, maintain project and operational tracking, organize documentation, and follow up on key deliverables. This role is designed to provide execution support across the team so that senior resources can focus on complex launches, operating model decisions, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.

You will help maintain the structure and discipline behind the team’s work. This includes supporting project plans, launch readiness checklists, action item trackers, meeting materials, status updates, issue logs, decision logs, process documentation, and operating playbooks. You will work closely with Product Launch leads, DA Ops leads, and partner teams to gather updates, identify open items, and ensure information is accurate, current, and accessible.

This role will support new digital asset product launches as well as day-to-day run-the-business activities after products are live. On the Product Launch side, you will help track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and readiness items. On the DA Ops side, you will help support SLA tracking, operational issue follow-up, training materials, service catalog updates, procedure documentation, and other repeatable operating routines.

The role requires strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and the ability to work across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will not be expected to own major launches or make operating model decisions independently, but you will play an important role in helping the team stay organized, informed, and on track.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience
  • Foundational understanding of financial services, investment operations, fund operations, or asset management
  • Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrencies, blockchain-enabled products, or emerging financial products; direct digital assets experience preferred
  • Introductory experience in financial services, operations, project coordination, or a related business support role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain trackers, documentation, status updates, and follow-up items accurately
  • Ability to support multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting project coordination, meeting management, action item tracking, documentation, or operational reporting
  • Ability to follow established procedures, identify missing information, and escalate questions or issues appropriately
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to gather updates from stakeholders and clearly summarize information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with project management or workflow tools is a plus
  • Comfort working collaboratively across teams and building effective working relationships with internal partners
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new products, processes, and operating models as the digital asset business evolves

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain Product Launch pipeline trackers, launch calendars, milestone plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and action item lists
  • Support preparation of meeting agendas, meeting notes, follow-ups, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Help collect and organize launch readiness information from Product Launch leads, DA Ops, Accounting, Fund Admin, Technology, Custody, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other partner teams
  • Support documentation of product launch artifacts, readiness checklists, operating procedures, playbooks, and handoff materials
  • Assist DA Ops with maintaining SLA trackers, operational issue logs, escalation follow-ups, training materials, service catalog updates, and process documentation
  • Help track configuration readiness items across custodians, wallets, vendor platforms, internal systems, and service line dependencies, while ensuring accountable system owners remain responsible for performing configuration work
  • Maintain organized repositories for team materials and ensure documents are current, accessible, and version controlled where appropriate
  • Identify missing updates, overdue items, or documentation gaps and escalate them to the appropriate team member
  • Participate in process improvement efforts by helping identify opportunities to simplify tracking, improve documentation, or reduce recurring administrative friction
